When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, organisation, role and organisation type, what you are interested in, your message, and the page you sent it from.

Please do not include confidential trading information or sensitive personal information in the message field.

The website and its hosting infrastructure process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time. We use it to deliver the website, limit abuse of the contact form and investigate errors.

We use cookieless website analytics to understand which pages are visited and whether the contact form is used. It sets no cookies, does not follow you between visits, and never records what you type into the form.

We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request, including scheduling a briefing or preparing a demo. Enquiries are recorded in our customer relationship management system and sent to our team by email.
